Terms

The auction. Each nail is auctioned separately. Bidding is free and non-binding until the auction closes at the time shown on the site. When it closes, the highest eligible bid on each nail wins and the winner receives a Stripe payment link by email. A nail is only confirmed once it’s paid. If a winner doesn’t pay within 7 days, the spot may pass to the next-highest bidder.

What’s delivered. The winning logo is reproduced on one press-on nail, worn for 7 days from the reveal, shown on this page with a link for the same period. No number of posts beyond the usual cadence, and no impressions, clicks or business results of any kind are promised. It’s a fingernail.

Content rules. No gambling, crypto promotion, adult content, or anything illegal or hateful. I hold final approval on every logo and may reject a winning bid for any reason — in that case anything paid is refunded in full and the nail passes to the next bidder.

Practicalities. Logos are reproduced at roughly 1 cm and in good faith; nails are handmade and small variations are part of the charm. Real life happens: if a nail breaks or a set has to come off early, the wear period is extended or the affected spot partially refunded, at my reasonable discretion. All amounts are in USD.
